Day 3Last night I swum 45 minutesI completed 950 meters! (19 laps)550 meters in 15 minutes 440 meters in the last 30 minutesI was 850 meters away from making it to a mile. Today I decided to register to meet with a personal trainer to help me form a routine suitable for me. I realized that since I started this challenge I had not had fast food or soda. I have decided to continue this BUT not cut it out of my life! If I want some caffeine…thats okay. If it’s my birthday IM GONNA EAT MY CAKE. I’m sure you can imagine how else I can apply this way of thinking. My challenge is to have the confidence to enjoy my life more not limit it. Everything is okay in moderation. I refuse to consider it “cheating” if I enjoy something that isn’t the #1 healthy choice every now-and-then. BUT AGAIN I am working hard to be healthy and happy.Today for lunch I had celery (not my favorite, but yummy with peanut butter!), crackers, and a homemade smoothie with fresh fruit!Also did some cardio at Kohls! Found a shirt that said “Shopping is my cardio” so true! lol… with this being my way of thinking I think a personal trainer will really help me  Off to eat rice, veggies, and chicken!Thanks for your support!Peace♥

Last night
